Disappointed

I am so livid I regret ever joining this bank ever. I am unable to get my money from the atm it keeps telling me about limit, on my app I increased my limit still does the same. Inside the branch the are only two people helping and others are just walking up and down, I have been sitting on this chair over 40 min now the service is just poor at Khayelitsha mall the stuff do not care about the customers at all. I have never been this disappointed and i regret the decision i took for joing this bank. Poor customer service I would never recommend this bank to any one the stuff at Khayelitsha mall they are do not care about their customers at all especial those are working in Customer service
