Disappointed

I had app**** for a personal loan to settle my credit card in order to make the installment less and also to control having access to the funds once paid. It has been almost a month ago that I have app**** for this personal loan thinking that my bank would help me but it seems like we are just a number after all. I am trying to rectify and bring my account up to date but my bank won't help me :-( And to wait almost a month for a response???? Really disappointed
