Disappearing Money

I'm a small woodworking business owner from Durban. On Sunday 26 July 2020 around 8pm a customer paid 16k deposit (immediate payment) from his ABSA account to my business FNB account, I received PROOF OF PAYMENT (WHICH I REALISED THAT IT MEANS NOTHING WITHOUT FUNDS REFLECTING). On Monday the funds still has not cleared on Tuesday again funds weren't cleared, so I called my bank FNB to query they said there are no funds for that amount anywhere for me so the client also called his bank ABSA and got told the have been paid to a FNB account . I then had to get a statement of (MY PERSONAL INFORMATION BANK TRANSFERS) to show the customer that I haven't received his funds thus far to proof that I didn't ***** his money. I dont blame the customer for stressing about his funds to me as his working out the country at this stage . I pledge ABSA and FNB to get to the bottom of this because 16k is alot of money to mysteriously disappear i dont blame any of these banks but myself and the customer dont have the 16k funds The customer's account is minus 16k and I only got the PROOF OF PAYMENT 3 days later after immediate payment was requested MYSTERY NEEDS TO BE SOLVE

ABSA Bank, please stop contradicting yourself!!! Firstly when replying to my 1st post publiclly you had ask for details to log a formal compliant. Now you send a reply to my this mornings reply to you, saying that my customer needs to log a complaint directly with Absa. Tell me Firstly, did you guys even do any follow up through this day regrading my complaint. Secondly, Is my this morning message only being seeing a while before this reply you sent? Thirdly, this is becoming highly frustrating. You ask for details which is giving to you as you state that it is to log an investigation and now you reply with my customer will have to log a complaint. Forthly, instead of asking for personal details as if your'll were going to log a complaint for investigation, your'll should have respectfully and honestly advised on my customer logging the complaint in the very beginning as this could have been done within the course of today.
SO I GUESS ANOTHER DAY GONE BY WITH NO SOLUTION OR PROPER FEEDBACK AND ANOTHER DAY GONE OF NO FUNDS APPEARING IN MY ACCOUNT YET.... Wake up Absa and make customers a priority PLEASE!!!!!!
It would be been ethical if Absa at least called my customer regarding this, given the fact that he is an Absa Account Holder, That is proper Customer Service. This is money we are talking about here.
Please advise if these Hello Peter replies mean anything as it is clear that no solution or nothing is been done so far, or should these be public replies? then maybe something will happen quick, given the fact the Absa is in the public eye...
Since there is a back and forth run here, should I copy and paste all these private replies in PUBLIC REPLY as private seems to not be working out well???
