Disappearance of Funds

I am extremely unimpressed with the service provided by Absa bank. This is not the first or second time that Absa has taken funds from my bank account without any explanation. The money simply disappears, and when I call the ***** department in an attempt to report and rectify the matter, they tell me that the funds have been “placed on hold for investigation”. After the said investigation, the money is never returned to me. This morning, the amount of R3,519.79 was removed from my account, once again, with no email, SMS, or any type of notice. I want all my money returned to me in full.
