Does ABSA cater for disabled and the elderly? I had to take my 86 year old father in law who cannot walk or stand up to the bank today. We were waiting in line for aprocimately 1 hour at enquiries. The counter is too high for a person sitting in a wheelchair to reach the fingerprint and signature devices. He had to get his expired card replaced and we had to struggle 3 times to get his left and right thumbs to the fingerprint device. The signature device could not be reached at all which meant we had to get him to stand up 3 times and stand supported by myself and another customer to enable him to sign. Surely not a nice experience. Maybe you should consider making banking more accessible for all customers?
