Direct withdrawal without authorisation!

Recently R27600 in total was withdrawn out of two of my absa accounts. This was done without any authorisation from me and sent to an account in my name that was not set up by me. It very much seems like an inside job because who can gain access without my authority.

Afterward, l saw a video on Youtube detailing how this type of ***** is rampant in South Africa and only two banks, Discovery and Bank Zero, are protecting their customers from direct access without authorisation.
