Direct Debit Change
Hi,
I initiated a personal loan last month, with very effort, which I am grateful for. However, I would like to change my direct debit date to match my salary date, which I have queried via email on 26/02/2019 (no response) and today (11/03/2019) at about 14:20-14:40. I was told that I cannot change my first direct debit date and that the first direct debit should bounce as it will be tracked the next day. As I understand it, this will have a cost implication and a negative mark against my credit profile. I would appreciate it if you could get back to me on this ASAP.
