Digusted and disappointed in absa and dsv couriers
So my credit card is expired and i did log this with absa 13/04/19. Only on Monday 15/04/19 they printed the card and on Tuesday 16/04/19 dsv couriers recieved my card as per confirmed via phone call. Thursday 18/04/19, dsv phoned me to confirm at which address i want my card delivered. I explained to them that i need my card latest Thursday afternoon and that i will be leaving that given address and will only be available there on Tuesday again. I also explained to them that i need my car on Monday as i need to hire a car Monday at 17:00 when i land at Durban airport, to which this lady suggested that i have the card delivered to my moms address where i will be in the eastern cape. I explained that even if they do deliver in at my mom's address that i still need to register the card and that it is now becoming a problem. It is now Saturday 20/04/19 and still waiting for my card and i did try and contact the dsv branch as to my surpise they do not answer calls at all, which i assume they are closed. I am deeply disgusted to they point that i now will no longer pay that credit card and don't care if they do blacklist me as i feel they are supposed to be delivering a service to which they failed me as all people i talk to receive their credit cards a month before it expires or they branch contacts them to ask where they want their card delivery done.
