Digital services locked - AWFUL EXPERIENCE

I just installed the ABSA banking app on my secondary phone and now I am getting the following error message "Your digital services are locked". I am now getting the samw message on my primary phone. This is really terrible because I have been using my account just fine and all of sudden I am getting this terrible messages. This is really awful.
