Difficulty in making contact - ABSA
I send e-mails to ABSA's legal department at *** to solve a problem about payments. I got a reference number, and a promise that some consultant will contact me. Apparently they don't have direct phone number that I can phone them. It has been 2 days now, and I still have no response from ABSA. Unfortunately I am in a bit of a time crunch to resolve the issue.
