Difficult to open accounts for kids 😕 😪 😒

I app**** through the website in December for an account for my 7 year old. Till current, I have not heard back from them.

My husband went to FNB only with his ID and my son's birth certificate and they opened the account immediately.

When I went to the branch here in brackenfell it was a long story about fica and allot of nonsense.

What do I need to do to open an account, fast and seamlessly for my daughter? Similar to the FNB process? Or do we rather open up accounts for our kids with FNB?
