Different figures on IT3b certificates.
My wife has received two IT3b certificates with what seems to be different figures for the same accounts. I have written 4 emails to different departments asking for help. The only response I have received was: "Please note this email is dedicated for Premium Clients, tax certificate you use it at SARS" . This unhelpful response was from Lebohang Ramorafi, Virtual Branch, Premium Banking Consultant. Can someone please help us?
