Didn't get what paid for

ABSA Credit Card had Anders Inc Attorneys of Pretoria to collect from me. They (Anders) offered a special {Settle your ABSA Credit card over 3 months REF[K36964] ID[AJS]} which I made use of begging and borrowing to meet the commitment supposedly clearing me of the debt. I chose the option to make 3 payments into the Anders Inc Trust account. Then almost 2 years later I find on a credit bureau that I still owe the money. No change.
