Didn't Cancel the building insurance when asked to do so, not get feedback...

<p>We requested to cancel our building insurance with ABSA. Nta, Kagiso confirm cancelation however it never happened and we only picked it now. Nta, Kagiso corrected the mistake however we asked him for a brake down of the refund amount and he is neglecting to getting back to us and it has now been 3 days and no response. Can his manager contact me to resolve this matter because Nta, Kagiso is not responding to his emails and not accepting calls. We have no other contact details for him or his manager.</p>
