Determine Customer wishes themselves

I have an overdraft facility in place with ABSA, and without any prior consent or notification ABSA went ahead and decided that they will at their ease cancel the facility.

This was done despite the fact that I had a standing arrangement to repay this facility as and when I can by with the set amount agreed upon.

The problem I am facing now is that my credit score is being affected due to this information being fed through to the NCR stating that I am arrears on the account by the set amount.

One can only wonder if this can be seen as fraduelent and I wonder what the FSB would say and how would it be viewed in the eyes of the consumer protection act.
