Determination of Absa to undermine and frustrate SME by ensuring their cheques are never cleared on time

This bank continues month after month not to honour its turn around time for special cheque cleareances even though they have charged for them. They promise 3 to 5 working days now it has been 10 working days. They dont answer emails nor respond to any comminication. I have had this problem with Idutywa branch on continuous basis and had been promised that it would be resolved but nothing happens the branch manager promises to call back and they never do.
