Despicable service

I have been trying to ge my employee life cover ceded over to Absa since before I signed at our bond attorneys but failed miserably. I called so many times, been transferred to different departments but no one seems to be able to assist. This is delaying the process of myself an my husband finalising our home loan application. Even emailed the addresses given to me by multiple consultants but still no success.
