Despicable Service

We have been ABSA Clients for the past 12 years now. The bad service that we receive from them is shocking. We still dont have any support for the Trend micro software that my wife needed for her phone- 2 weeks have passed placing us at risk of ***** and viruses exposure. As usual, if something ********** does occur, ABSA, wont take responsibility for that.
