deservice - road assistance

I have a car trouble on my way to the Eastern Cape, between Beaufort West and Aberdeen, I waited 4 hours maximum for tow truck, ABSA Idirect could not assist with car/or transport to my destination which was 300 km away. they suggested that I should go back to Cape Town 700 km to get a vehicle or sleep in Beaufort West, and catch a bus back home.<br> <br> Eventually after 22h00 the tow truck arrived, and am informed that the car will be towed to the nearest dealer which they said is in Beaufort West - I just received a call from the tow truck company that the are two possible dealers of Hyundai - Graaf Reinette and Worcester - How on earth the insurance company towed the vehicle to Beaufort West while knowing very well that no dealer is available there.<br> <br> now I have to pay R4000 to top up what they covering, still collect the car in Worcester.
