Deseased Estate

I am not happy with Dimakatso Chauke who is handling my late fathers deseased estate. She never returns my call. She never responds to my emails. To this day i have no Idea what is going on. I have been sending emails and no response. It is so Unprofessional. Absa i am so dissapointed. This is so disturbing. I have emailed all the documents that were required, i used the menlyn branch. When i follow up no one seems to find the the tracking number. Is this a joke ?
