Deseasd astate

For the last 10 weeks after we visited the Absa branch in Oudtshoorn and all documents were handed in to be mailed to the deceased estate devision and we are still waiting for any kind of reply to this matter. This should have been a simple task to do and there are still no result. The deceased estate devision simply dont even take your call after holding on for 20 min at a time. And this process was repeated at least 20 times. Then we tried to visit the Oudtshoorn branch to resolve matters and what a desaster. Still waiting for branch manager to give us a call back and for some reason they are also strugling to get any reply. If anyone can asist us in this matter it will be helpfull because Absa definetly are not able to give us an reply. Thank you.
