Dept of Labour and Absa try to raid my bank account

I received a e-mail from ABSA that a payment i received from the Dept of Labour was eronously paid to me and ABSA was informed to take the money out of my account. This was for a injury on duty. I waited 6 years for the payout and had to resend all documentation 41 times to the department of Labour. Only after the Public Protector got involved did something happen. I received a e-mail yesterday from ABSA to put funds into my account to enable them to transfere it back to Dept of Labour. I think this is a ****. No official letters, e-mails or correspondence were received from Dept of Labour. Only this e-mail from ABSA stating i must put money in my account to enable them to take it.
