Deposits made into Credit Card account transfered by ABSA OUT of the account and account now at Collections

We have had a business account with a business credit card for 10 years plus. We make monthly deposits into the credit card account. For the last couple of months we noticed that the our deposits were transferred by Absa into an account that we have no knowledge of and we were then told that the account was handed over to collections. We are getting absolutely no answers from purchacecard why THEY transferred the deposits that covered 80% of the credit card OUT of the account and why they are now reffered the account to collections. How on earth is the possible if ABSA can clearly see that deposits were made monthly into the Credot Card account.
