Deposited Money at ATM in October 2017, MTN Still never recieve as yet

I made a payment at the ABSA Richardsbay branch ATM on the 26 November 2017, Like I do every other month, to mu amazement, the amount of R160, was not cleared by MTN, for my contract and they never received the payment, so I had to pay R320, in December 2017 to prevent my line from being cut.
