Deposit to atm saying unsuccessful ABSA!

Deposit done from atm into my account only to receive a slip saying unsuccessful Go into the bank at Phoenix Plaza only be told I need to call and log a complaint.

Not only did this bank inconvenience me but also then asks me to wait 5 to 7 days for my own money that I need to use immediately

This is not on absa.
