Deposit stuck in machine

Good day, I deposited money at the bluff pnp absa teller at 17.28 24/01/18 approx R10000 the machine took the money, made a noise like it was trying to count the money 3 times then gave me a slip saying deposit is unsuccessful without returning the money! Please can this be rectified as soon as possible, when the bank opens in the morning the money should still be stuck in the counting mechanism.
