Deposit into ABSA account disappeared

I've made an immediate payment of R30,000 from my Capitec Bank account to my daughter's ABSA account (which I regularly use). This was done on the 10th of November 2017. The payment was released by Capitec but never deposited into the ABSA account. Up to today, the 21st of November and 11 days later, nobody could resolve this matter. How can ABSA not take responsibility of their mistake and pay out our money? I never thought this could happen, but seems that with ABSA anything is possible.
