Deplorable Bank

This is a deplorable bank and am going to move my account else where. How does bank institute a unilateral set off on account with full knowledge that this practise goes against the banking regulations and the section 24 of the National Credit Act. ABSA please reverse my money back in my Acc. You were very strategic knowing fully that AVAF does not operate over the weekend, I did not explicitly authorise this transaction and this matter is going to be escalated to the Banking Ombudsman. I already paid 2000 towards this account today, and this reflects incompetence from your side as if you were hell bent to raid my account you should at least picked that I made a payment earlier in the day.
