*********** ***** Department

There are investigators acting outside of the law at the ***** department. I have initially tried to resolve the matters in an amicable way but to no avail. There are a few ***** investigators who are just doing what they want. I have spoken to the ***** manager about this but it seems as they just simply go over his head and ignore him.

I trade in crypto currency and have not once in the 3 years I have been trading had a decision made against me. There are however investigtors who take weeks to resolve cases and, due to their incompetence, are perpetuating a cycle which has been found unlwaful and unjust by th Cape High Court as well as the Pretoria Magistrates Court.

I would like to mention 2 such invesigators by name, Lamese Frankonson and Nonhlanhla Ngwenya, as they have been not only ignoring the law but common sense as well.

In the space of 3 years traing, I have not had one single claim found to be true against my name however, even after the court instructed Absa that it is unjustified to act “ex parté” when it comes to my account, they still do. Even though I am highlighting these names, there are other investigators who are still placing ******* holds on money as well as my bank accounts.

I have established a good relationship with the manager, Cornelious Meane, however he can only do so much. The investigators have been operating outside the law as well as Mr. Meane’s instruction and have still perpetuated unfair and unjust rules which they deem to have established themselves as other investigators, on Mr. Meane’s instruction, have acted diligently and within the framework of the law.

The ***** department for some reason is plagued by *********** staff who seem to have been rushed through their training with the results being the ******** decision they make regarding Client’s accounts. Lamese Frankonson in particular as she motivated me to reach out to support outside of the ***** department. She is ********* and communicates false information therefore I would like to request that her work be investigated to confirm my statement rather than make statements, I would much rather have my statements proven through facts

Crypto trading is one of the fastes growing industries in the world and it would be a sad day that few *********** Absa staff be allowed to derail an industry worth billions of dollars.

Lastly, I would like to request that the institution responsible for recruiting and training enployees with such a lack for detail abd vigour be investigated. ***** investigatiors that can’t even get dates and amounts rught should most assuredly be monitored, evaluated and reaasigned should they not meet the minimum requirements to work as such.

This is not my first time complaning about incompetence within this department and even though I apprciate the assisstance I have received over the years, a more permanent solution needs to be taken regarding individuals who are distorting the reality of one of the most lucrative industries for Client and Business alike.

All I ask is that you look and if you find I am at fault, I will accept is as such however should you find otherwise, please take the appropriate actians to ensure that Absa becones the leaders in providing the support crypt traders require to develop this industry in South ad well as globally.
