Denied vehicle finance

<p>I have been a loyal customer with absa for 12 years now. I always pay my accounts with them on time and I am very disappointed that they denied me vehicle finance just because I am listed on ITC for 8000 (which I am currently paying back) there are people who are over R100 000 in debt and listed on ITC and they still get approved for vehicle finance. I would have thought absa would've helped me out but they can't even approve me to purchase a cheap ****py old used car!!! I need a car urgently and now my only option is to go to a loan shark which I really don't want to do but I need a car urgently. I need to switch to a bank that actually cares. I even asked the lady at the dealership who deals with the finance to triple check that absa rejected me. I almost burst out in tears when she said theres no mistake, absa won't approve you. I dont need an apology I just need a small loan to get a car to get me from a-b. Thanks for your lack of help absa! Class act!</p>
