Denied loan application. Why ?
I tried accessing a short term loan from ABSA and it was denied. Reason given was that I had accessed a loan that I had failed to repay in the past and according to my knowledge, this was inaccurate. I had a R 5000 loan in 2007 through the Melville Mimosa Branch branch that has since closed down and it has been fully paid off.
it is my wish that this be investigated for me to be able to get to the bottom of the story and for my name to be cleared as this might negatively affect my credit rating. I am not sure if my details were used by someone.
