Denied access to restrooms

Visited ABSA Towers North branch for a passport application, took us less than 30mins for the whole family. Big ups to DHA officials.

ABSA stuff denied us access to the restrooms for our toddler, I had to take my child to the streets cause “ clients aren’t allowed to use them” my biggest irk is that a certain demographic was allowed access. I am so livid that I am even changing banks cause I currently bank with them. We can’t be living under pre 1994 conditions in 2026!!!
