Denied access to my Funds on Flexi Reserve

During October 2014 a guy from Absa call centre called me and he instructed me that im abusing my flexi and he told me he will froze it. of which i disagree, the guy just hang on the phone. After 3 months i did went to the bank to get the flexi but i was denied, During March i went to Madiba street branch in Pretoria again i wasnt helped. Till to date im up to date with my premium of of there are no outstanding monies on my bond, but still im denied the funds, I am even behind with my payments. the money that i need is my money of which i paid it extra not ABSA money but im still denied it, WHY? Can someone a responsible person clarify me on this matter, i will definetly going to lay this matter on Banking Oumbudsman if im not geeting any help soon, and those responsible will be dealt accordingly. I am even in a process of switching to other bank that will really help me, instead of denying my money whilst ive got.
