Deliver on your insurance promise

Absa Insurance: Building Claim number: ********** Date claim was registered on: 23rd January 2019

By Wednesday 30 January I had received no response. I had to call Absa insurance, to inquire why I haven't been helped. Then to service providers contacted me. They came to do the evaluations. However, no contact from the Insurer. Today is the 8th of February 2019. I'm so disappointed in Absa. I've been with this bank for more than 30 years. And more, my garage door and motor broke (Insured by mentioned insurer), both my cars are parked outside ( the care are insured by Santam - they have been informed- in case the cars are ****** or broken into).

I pay my insurance on time every month.

I need immediate assistance.
