Delays on funeral cover claims

I'm always having a problem with Absa whenever i have to claim on my funeral cover. I gave my documents yesterday at potchefstroom church Street branch were i was told i will not get a pay out because of the medical certificate that the funeral parlour could not provide because it is private and confidential I was told by the funeral parlour that absa needs to call them if they need confirmation. I need the money now the funeral is Saturday and this delay is causing unnecessary stress I've been paying this monthly for years. I don't understand why it's always a problem when absa has to pay. I need this money before Thursday.
