Delays by Absa Deceased Estates in making payment
Submitted all deceased estate documents as per request by Absa Deceased Estates for payment to be done to the Estate Late Account. Whenever I call the deceased estates department, I am told that they have a backlog and will escalate the matter. This is delaying the finalisation of the estate and incurring costs. I have even contacted Anelda Coetzee who is the National manager for deceased estates and no response.

31 Jan 2023, 10:30Received a response from Nthabiseng advising that a response will be provided by the 15th February 2023. This is unacceptable. I am already waiting since November 2023. This is the reality of what we are dealing with at Absa.
