Delayed swiping transactions

Yesterday evening at 19:36 pm I received 22 swiping transactions amounting to a sum of R5150.83 which were all old transactions, up to 5 months back.

This is very confusing, is it not that when you swipe some money should be reserved and given over as they claim for it, and this should happen within a matter of days.

I am very traumatized by this.

Lets stay positive clearly this is not our fault, and we should be reimbursed soon enough, you and I are not responsible for doing banking they are, and we trusted them with such. Otherwise whats the point of swiping at the time you have money, or even keeping money on the bank for them to safeguard it and release it accordingly with all the charges it should be made easier for us. I believe the moment you swipe and there is no money you get a decline. So the purchase went through for me and you at the time simply because we had money for that then. But not yesterday I did not go to Thruworths and buy a R1099 WINTER coat, because I know I don't have money for that I had other plans for my money. They should know this. That is why I say we should expect refund soon enough. As they promised a feedback on how best they will resolve the matter.

I am say we because I am not the only one who experienced this. For ABSA to come up with excuses that Stander bank did what in order for them to see how best they can get away with this issue is not going to help. Since it looks like it's a lot of money that is at stake here.

Consumer Rights should step in here guys no. Stop playing with our lives.
