delayed response to emails
<p>i had made special arrangements with ABSA credit card division on 5 October 2016 . To date i receive one email stating the matter is being handed over to their collections. does it take 5 days to confirm my special arrangement? ABSA goes silent and this morning i receive an sms threatening legal action</p> <p>why is this so?? ABSA attempts to call me whilst i am hospitalised, now i make arrangements to pay and ABSA threatens with handover</p> <p>i am making an effort - why are banks ****ing the layman on the street?? </p>

13 Oct 2016, 13:39ABSA refuses to accept my special arrangement of payment towards my credit card despite me providing valid reasons. I make arrangements on 5 October 2016, ABSA says they handing to collection, next moment i get lawyers calling, sms and emailing me!!! why do i have to go via lawyers when I emailed ABSA regarding my special arrangements of which they are ignoring and requesting i go via lawyers! I will make those special arrangements payment to ABSA direct and that is my consumer right...i am making it despite almost died to to my medical and other issues!!!!!!
