Delayed response on communication - Blocked available funds

My husbands' company was liquidated in 2018 - subsequently we incurred a lot of debt. We started looking into Debt Review. I sent through documentation to the Debt Review company for a quote - the documentation was incomplete. I have communication from the Sales person at this company to confirm that the debt Councillor will contact me to explain the process. I specifically told the sales person that we will continue as is for this month until I am comfortable with the debt review process explained to me - thus I will pay all my normal premiums/installments. In the meantime - the documentation was sent through to all creditors (Friday, 25 October). On Monday, 28 October I realised that the documentation was submitted and I then confirmed with the Debt Review company that I did not agree to continue with this process. The Debt Review Councillor then submitted a 17.W as a withdrawal. Today, on 8 November (more than 7 working days after the withdrawal notice was issued) - ABSA blocked all the available funds in my account, thus not allowing me to withdraw, transact or even pay my home loan (where the debit order did not go through due to the frozen funds). PLEASE advise what I must do now -- I am begin affected, and this was not my mistake. It was the mistake of the Debt Review Company. When will the funds in my account be available again? s well. As explained to both debt councillor and the sales person - we only have my income!!!!

This issue is still not resolved. Subsequently I have not been able to pay Absa for my Home Loan. We want to try to apply for an advance on our home loan, and the delay in sorting this out will definitely affect that process.
We have also send numerous requests to phone us back en email request regarding the home loan. No response.

I have no had a response that I need to go to the branch and sort this out? This is ridiculous. I already had to take a days' leave to sort out issues regarding my funds not being available? Will the debt review department even be available?
