Delayed Immediate Payment

I am so angry and disappointed at ABSA services. I made an online immediate payment using their IIP service to an FNB account. It's been an hour and the payment hasn't cleared. I tried calling their helpline but all you get is a waste of your airtime and time because no one ever picks up.

What is the point of this service and being charged highly for it if it doesn't do what it is meant to do?

This is the worst experience I have had with ABSA because now I am standing in a shop looking stupid cause a payment isn't clearing. I should not be charged for this service when it eventually does clear (if it ever will).
