Delayed immediate payment

R7000 imidiate payment was made from Capitec to my Absa account on the 15 of December 2021. Unfortunately money hasn't reflected on my account yet. Where did it go to kindly investigate this matter as I need the funds for my daughters school fees. Proof of payment I have it. I have been an absa customer for 12years and this has never happened to me before while banking with you. pliz sort out this matter.
