Delayed debit order Now I'm being over charged.

My vehicle was financed by Absa and debit order date was set for the last day of everymonth. All my debit's date have recently changed to the 25th of every month. I contacted ABSA VEHICLE department on the 20 July 2016 12:25pm informing them to change my debit date to the 25July 2016 the consultant gladly assisted me and i shortly received a confirmation sms from Absa stating the approval of my debit date. On the 26 July 2016 I noticed that Absa did not debit and I instantly contacted them spoke to a consultant by the name of Lea alerting her of my panic and stress of my profile being affected negatively on the bereau due to Absa not debiting, She told me surprising news that my debit order will only start on the 25 Aug 2016 I then asked her WHAT about 25 July 2016 debit order that I arranged and was approved by ABSA. She then said verbally that the July debit order will take place on the last day of the month (July). Once flippin again on the 1st Aug 2016 I went into an Absa Branch and called spoke with a consultant that told me ONCE AGAIN CONFUSING STORY THAT MY NO DEBIT WAS LOADED UNDER MY PROFILE FOR THE LAST DAY OF JULY however she is loading it for the 3rd of Aug 2016 . The debit on the 04 Aug 2016 still didn't go through whilst the mutual agreed monthly amount of R2,232.40 was available for ABSA to debit. FURIOUSLY I AGAIN PHONED ABSA and I spoke to a male consultant whereby our telephonic conversation ended without sorting it out (dropped call). I secondly phoned AGAIN and spoke to another male consultant that said to me that on the 3rd Aug 2016 the debit order went through but bounced back due to insufficient funds as per ABSA. I then asked how possible was that, that my debit order bounced because my monthly payment is R2,232.40 and that figure WAS available for ABSA to debit. He ONCE AGAIN told me surprising news that my installment has increased to R2,274.32 I told him that's news to my ears and HIGHLY impossible because I signed for a fixed and rate and throughout my communication regarding my debit change NO Absa official that has informed me about any extra fees etc. Every time I called the consultant advised that the call was recorded. I have manually paid my monthly installment of R2,232.40 and as for that R39.00. ABSA is trying to get out of me I strongly believe that I'M NOT LIABLE FOR Absa must sort it out internally and Shall my profile be negative from those R39.00 that will accumulate I will take further steps legally. So if I change work multiple times in a year ABSA charges once a R39.00 everytime for changing the flippin date?????? . Fix this matter urgently please.

Absa Vehicle Ref number for my account : ********** 4066
BQ Mdalana
