Delayed credit payment

My credit owed to me from Ford credit has not been forthcoming. Reference number is 144594 33 All the excuses in the book from Cheslin the person I was dealing with. He may not be in the position to take full blame but the feeble excuses when paying over monies between two separate banks taking 2 -3 days is another way to keep your money to earn interest. Payments can be done to another bank using the simple " pay immediately option". ABSA bank continues to ignore customer satisfaction comes first.
