DELAY ON PERSONAL LOAN!!!

I app**** for a loan on Monday 09 December 2019, approved and I sent in supporting documentation on the same day. I was requested to call in with the case number once received and I did on Monday already, the agent then told me that there was no need for me to call in with the reference number as you have received the required documentation and someone will call me in within three days to finalise the application. On Wednesday 12 December 2019, I called in to follow up only to be told that the assessor working on my application was actually waiting for me to call in with the case number!!!! which I did and was told that there is no need??? Also, why didn't anyone SMS, email or call me to request the case number???? I call in today 13 December 2019 only to be told that the agent working on my application is Off work today???? So, my application does not get worked on because someone is off work?????? REALLY GUYS! AS A NEW CLIENT I STRUGGLE EVERY TIME I APPLY FOR A PRODUCT WITH YOU!!!! THUS FAR I AM NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL...TODAY IT HAS BEEN 5 DAYS AND MY APPLICATION IS NOT EVEN FINALISED.!!!!!!!!! MY CASE NUMBER IS C-***6
