Delay in Receiving Vehicle Original Documents!!

On the 23rd of June 2015, I made an advance residual payment on my vehicle which was financed by ABSA and which was only due on the 1st of July 2015. I made an electronic account payment via Standard Bank which I was told would take about 3 working days to clear, whereafter I could request for my original registration documents and paid up letter from ABSA.<br> <br> It has now been 7 days in total and every time i contact the call centre I am given the run around and being told that the payment has not yet cleared. Am at my wits end as I paid R40 600 in total. I was told to pay into the following ***, using my vehicle account number (***) as a reference.<br> <br> How much longer will it take to clear the funds and when can I get my original documents from ABSA?
