Delay in processing change to own insurance

Hi<br> I have recently transferred my bond to Absa. And at the time of application requested that I would like to take outside insurance and not Absa HOC. There was a delay in vetting my insurance (on top of many other delays in the application process) so in order to at least get the bond registered I advise the bond could be registered with Absa HOC and we could then change this once registered.<br> The original vetting requested at application time eventually got approved on 7 July and I was requested to fill in and return a cession form, I duly did and returned the same day. i am STILL waiting for a reply to this as the Absa HOC is still showing as active, I have tried to follow up and have received no response. <br> <br> I am thus currently insured by both Absa and my outside insurance which is not acceptable. I need the Absa HOC removed BACKDATED and any interest charged (or to be charged at month end) on this reversed.<br> <br> Regards<br> Charmaine<br>
