Delay in paying the claim

I write this with great regret as to why i trusted absa life with funeral insurance. My dad died last year december 26/12/2020 and i lodged a claim on the 31/12/2020. Till this day absa has not paid the funeral claim. Theres a black guy with names peter madidimalo mokgeseng he is the heartless assessor taking my claim up n down and refusing to escalate it thru to the finance department. Im gonna voice out this bad service on every social network so that people can get to know their brothers in power are just mean and dents absa bank services. My policy number is Absa Life Claim ***.
