DELAY IN LOAN APPLICATION

I app**** for a personal loan yesterday (7 Jan 2016). I received and SMS and email to advise it was provisionally approved, and that I must email my documents thru. I did this the same morning. In the afternoon I phone to follow up on the status and was told my documents haven't been received. I emailed them again.<br> Today I get an SMS saying they are STILL waiting for my documents and I must send it else my application will be cancelled. It listed the name of someone I must contact and a landline number. I phoned this number, it just stays engaged. I phone the call centre, who verified me, then told me I failed the verification and they can't help me!!!! Eventually got them to phone this other person, who will hope fully phone me back. I have now emailed the documents AGAIN for a third time, and got a \send"confirmation. If this application is cancelled because someone can't check the mail properly I'm NOT going to be impressed!! Please advise where I can UPLOAD the documents"
