Deficient Service

ABSA Home Loans is got to be the worst ever, they never get the request right. They take forever to respond or action their own mistakes which is very costly for me as a customer, even escalations do not resolve the issue.

My loan term was extended because the call centre agent logged it incorrectly, they refused to change it back. After the back & forth I was told its resolved, 2 months on my issue is not resolved, I called the call centre & I am told they are investigating. How is that possible if the reversal was supposedly done & I was sent the confirmation email?

Further more 16 years of service they refuse to even review my interest rate, I have never heard of that.
