DEFAUT LISTED AGAINST ME FOR MISSING ONE PAYMENT ON ABSA PERSONAL LOAN

i have never been so shocked and disapointed in my life about ABSA. I missed 1 payment on my personal loan, ONE PAYMENT. I made arrangements with ABSA Personal Loan Collections Department to collect the missed payment in 4 instalments and they did collect the first oneon the 27th November. To my suprise, when i open my credit record, they have listed a "DEFAULT JUDGEMENT" against me. For missing one payment, my life is destroyed.
